Sisterhood ceremonies utilize the power of writing, breath work, somatic movement and community reflection to turn our monthly intentions into tangible creations.
Each ceremony has a unique theme that matches the astrological energy happening on the planet. (List of themes below.) During ceremony, we release the stuck energy in our bodies back to the earth to be transmuted. Then, we get clear on our desires and the inspired action steps that we need to take in order to move forward as powerful creators of the new earth.

What do I need?
Make sure that you have a comfortable space to move in. Bring paper and pen for reflection! Feel free to light a candle, put on aromatherapy oils, wrap yourself in a blanket and create your own sacred space. I highly recommend using air pods for the best sound quality.
What if I have never done anything like this before?
No problem. Our community will meet you EXACTLY where you are at. I encourage you to watch the video clips below from the August, Embolden Ceremony to get a feel for the energy. I will be guiding you through the ceremony every step of the way. The only requirement is an open mind.
